RV PARKING INFORMATION
- RVs may arrive on the grounds to park after 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
- Pre-reserved RV Parking is $60.00 per night per space. Reservations are available on a first come,first served basis. Priority is given to reservations for five nights – Wednesday through Sunday.
- R.V. parking space after deadline or on site with no reservation -$70.00 Per Night No arrivals after10:00 P.M.
- Overnight RV parking will be in assigned spaces and only one vehicle permitted per space. A towunit with a trailer is considered one vehicle.
- RV sites are equipped with electric & water. However, it is strongly suggested to arrive with the abilityto be self contained if necessary (including but not limited to a site power outage etc.)
- No waste or gray water may be discharged onto the grounds.
- If you wish to park next to a particular party, make a note in the space in the online reservation form.
- No cones or other means of saving space will be allowed unless directed by Site Control personnel.
- Overnight parking is a privilege extended by The Meadow Event Park and the Cluster Clubs. Noabusive or argumentative language will be permitted. Failure to follow the rules or direction of the Site Control Staff on duty or the Event Committee will cause the immediate forfeiture of all parking privileges without refund of fees paid. As agent for the Cluster clubs, Site Control has full authority over parking decisions.
- Parking is strictly at the exhibitor’s own risk. The Meadow Event Park, the Cluster Clubs and Site Control are not responsible for loss by fire, theft, damage or loss of personal property or injury.
- There is no handicapped RV parking.
- NOTE: RVs REMAINING ON SITE FOR THE BLUE CRAB CLUSTER RESERVE SUNDAY NIGHTPARKING WITH SPRING FLING/LANGLEY KC. MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY RESERVE WITH BLUE CRAB.
