RV PARKING
Fee: RV Overnight Parking if pre-registered via www.sitecontrolservices.com by February 26, 2025 the fee is $60.00 per night w/electric.
NOTICE: RV Electric hook up is a SINGLE 30 amp service (plug). If you use an additional 30 amp service (plug) for a “dogbone” or other use, you will be charged an additional $25.00 per night. Overnight parking without pre-registration is $60.00 per night plus $10.00 per night for electric; CASH ONLY, no checks! There will be waste water pump out service this year but due to rising costs and inadequate participation the cost may be high. The on-site dump station is NOT to be used as no water is available to clean up.
Parking spaces may not be reserved unless there is advanced reservation. Anyone who wishes to park together make a notation on the Notes area during checkout on sitecontrolservices.com site.
Any vehicle registering for a handicapped space must send a copy of their official “Handicap Certificate” with their registration form. You must possess the required documentation when you arrive and the handicapped individual must be traveling with the vehicle to be eligible for this space. The handicapped spaces are limited and will be issued on first reserved basis.
Only one additional vehicle is permitted per RV space reserved.
Spaces will be available from 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. There will be a staging area for vehicles arriving prior to that time; staged vehicles will be parked in the order arrived.
RV’S MUST ENTER GATE 6 FROM HIGHLAND AVENUE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Additional RV Parking outside of the Cluster (Prior to Tuesday night and after Saturday night), must be arranged through the York Expo Center.
The Fairgrounds strictly forbids the use of motorized carts except by individuals bearing a handicap placard.
The Conformation buildings will be available for exhibitors starting at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
Arrangements have been made for Waste Dumping service and Water delivery on Friday. Anyone interested in these services must contact Site Control Services to make arrangements.
Cash due at time of services.
Someone must be present at your RV to get services.
Compliance with Parking Personnel is MANDATORY. Anyone improperly dumping gray water will be subject to BENCH SHOW hearing.
No Refund of parking fees will be issued after February 26, 2025
There is a fee for using www.sitecontrolservices.com to book RV Parking or Prime Parking
Failure to comply with the rules above can result in AKC Suspension. Site Control & the show giving club is not responsible for the inability to comply.
Site Control Services LLC. operates at an official capacity and has the final say in accordance with the show giving clubs in the matters listed above.
