GROOMING SPACE INFORMATION
• The building will be available to exhibitors at no earlier than 3:00 pm on May 22nd, 2025, or at the discretion of the Show Chairman/Cluster Committee. Vendors and show personnel may set up earlier at the discretion of the Show Chairman/Cluster Committee. The building will close each night at 10:00 pm, May 22nd -24th, 2025.
The B. O. B. Cluster has three types of grooming available to our exhibitors:
DAY OF EVENT CRATING section(not for grooming)
Very limited space.
Show committee or Site Control may direct the placement of crates
May require that crates be stacked and may limit chairs.
All dogs and equipment must be removed at the end of each day’s show.
NO ELECTRIC.
No Charge
OPEN GROOMING section (grooming is allowed in this area)

Equipment may remain in the building each night yet must be removed within (1) one hour after BIS on Sunday, the 25th.
NO ELECTRIC.

PRIME GROOMING section
Limited space.
Must be reserved
Show committee or Site Control may direct the placement of crates
Dogs may remain overnight in this section of the Grooming area with crate tags and a signed release form. Please note the building opening and closing times.
Equipment may remain in the building each night yet must be removed within (1) one hour after BIS on Sunday, the 25th.
ELECTRIC IS INCLUDED.
$100.00 fee for the 3-day cluster.
• The building will be open on show days at 6:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm daily.
•With limited space and power supply lines it is recommended that exhibitors reserve Prime Grooming.
• Prime Grooming includes a 10′ x 10′ space with one electrical outlet for $100.00 for the (3) three-day cluster. Exhibitors with reserved Prime Grooming are permitted to leave properly identified crated dogs in the building overnight. Security will be on-site, but a contact form with a waiver is required to leave dogs.
• Day Crating and Open (Non-Reserved) Grooming will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Electric is not available in non-reserved grooming or day-crating. Furthermore, dogs are not to be left overnight in these sections of the Grooming area. These areas will be inspected daily to ensure compliance with this rule.
• ONLY those exhibitors with reserved Prime Grooming are permitted to leave properly identified crated dogs in the building overnight.
• If you have a request for your grooming space please include it in the notes portion of the checkout page on the Site Control Website. Please understand this is a request, not a guarantee (example Breed, ring number or location, or near another exhibitor).
