PRIME PARKING / GROOMING STALLS / ELECTRIC INFORMATION
Reserved Stall Grooming:
• Lower Level closest to Bess Neil Arena – All Breeds
• Upper Level closest to Events Center – All Breeds
• Traditional 10′ x 10′ horse stalls with dirt floors, electric and shared water. Please bring your own floor covering. Stalls can be locked, bring your own lock. A list of assigned stalls will be available and attached to the stall building on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
• Limited number of Prime spaces outside stalls in Barn 1 next to Bess Neil Arena with parking by the stalls – $60.00 for the weekend.
• All other stalls with electric and shared water – $50.00 for the weekend or $20.00 per day.
• Any stalls not reserved will be locked by the Tri-State Event Center Staff.
