Hunt Country Cluster 2025 – Reserved Grooming

Grooming Space Information:

• The building will be available to exhibitors at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 and the building will close at 10:00 P.M. each night.

• Building will be open on show days from 6:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M.

• R.G.S. (Reserved Grooming Space) – See pages 18 & 20 for details.

• Please include if you have a request for your grooming space in the notes portion of the checkout page on the Site Control Website. Please understand this is a request, not a guarantee. (example: Breed, ring number, or location)

• Non-Reserved Grooming will be available on a first come first serve basis.

• Electric in the Non-Reserved grooming area may have less availability and is not guaranteed. However Site Control enforces the “Community Electric” which means it is shared between exhibitors when needed. Electric for grooming will be collected on site. See Site Control Representative to purchase electric.

Indoor Grooming

Limited 10′ x 10′ spaces available. Each space reserved must have multiple dogs and must be reserved for five days. Fee is $150.00 with electricity for all five days. Crates may be left overnight. A limited area of Free Grooming (No Electric) will be available on a first come, first served basis. All grooming equipment must be out of the building by one hour after Best in Show judging each day
