Description
RV Parking:
- The Parking of RVs will officially begin at NOON, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, directed by Site Control Services. DO NOT SELF PARK.
- The Clubs recognize that some folks may request parking on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The Macungie Memorial Park is willing to allow early parking provided there is understanding that the show site is still in the process of setting up. Absolutely no electricity will be available. Early arrival fee: $25.00
- Anyone attempting to park themselves before NOON, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, will be required to move as directed by Site Control Services and may also be required to pay an additional $100 violation fee, if determined by Site Control Services and/or show giving clubs. A bench hearing may result.
- Site Control Services has full authority over RV parking decisions.
- No shavings are allowed in X-pens.
- A tow unit with a trailer is considered one vehicle. All units must be self-contained.
- No waste or gray water may be discharged onto the grounds.
- Clean out service is available. Contact Site Control Services for details.
- Cones or other means of saving space will not be allowed unless directed by Site Control Services personnel.
- No advance reservation for electricity is possible.Avery limited amount may be available on a“first come” basis. For RV parking spaces, it’s an additional $25.00 per day per vehicle; for electric under the grooming tents, it’s $25.00 per day per outlet. Assignment of electricity and payment (if available) is made directly to the Site Services Control upon arrival at the show site.
- Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Macungie Memorial Park and the Hatboro Dog Club & Montgomery County Kennel Club. No abusive or argumentative language will be permitted. Failure to follow the rules or direction of theOfficials on duty will cause the immediate forfeiture of all parking privileges without refund of fees paid and a bench hearing.
- Parking is strictly at the exhibitor’s own risk.
- Generators will be silent from 11:00 PM until 5:00 AM.
- RVs must be removed from the show site immediately afterBest inShow onSunday, unless prior arrangements have been made with Site Control Services. Late departure fee: $125.00.
- There is no Handicapped parking for Recreational Vehicles.
- Fee: RV parking $100.00 per night. Online reservation and Credit Card payment only.
- Fee: $125.00 per night for RVs without a reservation or vehicles arriving/departing outside the official show(s) dates. Payment due upon arrival, Credit card only
