Keystone Cluster – RV – 2026

RV PARKING

•  The Parking of RV’s will begin at NOON, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, directed by Site Control Services. DO NOT SELF PARK. Anyone attempting to park themselves prior to NOON, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, will be required to move as directed by Site Control and may also be required to pay an additional $100 violation fee, if determined by Site Control and/or show giving clubs.
• Vehicles arriving before Wednesday, August 5, 2026, or staying after Sunday will be charged $90.00 for each night stay early or late
• Site Control has full authority over RV parking decisions.
• Plastic and/or matting is required under all X-pens, No shavings.
• A tow unit with a trailer is considered one vehicle. All units must be self-contained.
•  No waste or gray water may be discharged onto the grounds.
• No cones or other means of saving space will be allowed unless directed by Site Control personnel.
•  RV electric is included in the parking fee as available for OVERNIGHT parking; limited and first come-first served, no guarantees. Bring extra electric cords. F ees are the same with or without electricity. There is plenty of additional space available without electricity.
•  Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Lebanon Valley Expo Center and the Keystone Cluster Clubs. No abusive or argumentative language will be permitted. Failure to follow the rules or direction of the Officials on duty will cause the immediate forfeiture of all parking privileges without refund of fees paid.
• Parking is strictly at the exhibitor’s own risk.
•  Generators will be silent from 11:00PM until 5:00AM.
•  RVs must be removed from the show site immediately after Best in Show on Sunday, unless prior arrangements have been made with Site Control.
• There is no Handicapped parking for Recreational Vehicles.
•  Fee: $75.00 per night, including electricity where available, for online reservation.
• Fee: $85.00 per night RVs without a reservation. Payment due upon arrival.
